Jalapeno Cream Sauce

An easy sauce which can be used as a marinade, dip, or topping.

1. mix together 1 cup sour cream with 1 tablespoon lime juice, 2 finely chopped [food processor?] jalapenos and 1 small green or red onion, salt, pepper, a pinch each of cayenne, paprika, cumin, and/or chipotle spice, fresh chopped cilantro, and add a habanero for an extremely spicy take.

Great for enchiladas instead of Adobo
Great for hot pasta dishes.

ALSO:
SPICY MEXICAN PASTA SALAD: chopped tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, taco beef, pasta, cooled and tossed with cooled jalapeno cream sauce and topped with tortillas.
JALAPENO CREAM NACHOS: Make nachos, use jalapeno cream sauce instead of salsa.
JALAPENO CREAM DIP: mix with some softened cream cheese to thicken, a great dip for cruditees and chicken wings.
JALAPENO CREAM CHICKEN: Baked chicken topped with the sauce
JALAPENO CREAM RICE: Mexican-seasoned riced with Jalapeno cream as a topping
