Greek Macaroni & Cheese

A much more exciting take on mac and cheese, and easy!

1. boil 1/2 cup macaroni or any noodles.
2. grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
3. mix together 1 tablespoon melted butter, 2 tablespoons low fat greek yogurt, 3 cloves minced garlic, and 2 tablespoons low fat cream cheese. season with lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
4. toss macaroni to coat, put in baking dish. top with crumbled feta cheese, oregano, and crushed saltine crackers.
5. bake for 20-30 minutes at 400 F, until top is browned.
