Fried Bok-Choy with Sweet & Sour Glaze


1. briefly boil bok choy until slightly tender.
2. in a pan, heat sesame oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 1 inch of grated ginger.
3. add bok choy. for spice, add some chili paste or sriracha.
4. stir, add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, 1 tablespoon chicken or vegetable broth, sesame seeds, and 2 tablespoons brown sugar. stir until dissolved. 
5. salt and pepper to taste. 
6. serve! with rice or noodles.
