Gyoza/ Potstickers

Japanese Dumplings.

YOU NEED:
Wonton wrappers
ground meat
vegetables
soy sauce
rice vinegar
sesame oil
dipping sauce
egg

THE BASICS:
make filling.
lay out wonton wrappers.
add 1 tablespoon filling to each.
make into crescents, dab edges with egg, seal shut with a fork.
boil or fry or freeze for later use.
like so:
FILLING: 
500 grams ground chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, fish, turkey, duck, anything.
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 egg
finely chopped chopped vegetables, seasoning
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 or 2 cloves minced garlic
salt and pepper
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
asian chili paste is optional

FILLING.

TO COOK:
Fry until crispy and inside is done through, or  boil for 10-15 minutes.

VARIETIES?
Pork & Shiitake Mushroom & Green Onion
Chicken, Leek, and Broccoli
Zuchini, Cabbage, Mushroom,  & Carrot
Duck & Apricot
Spicy beef [with green onion and chili sauce]


SERVE. with green onions, white vinegar, soy sauce, or any asian dip you like.
