Baked Coconut Shrimp


1. Butterfly shrimp, or cut down the middle.
2. get 3 bowls: 1. flour, salt, pepper, and corn starch. 2: whipped egg. 3: panko breadcrumbs, coconut flakes
3. dip shrimp in 1, 2, 3. 
4. bake, drizzled with olive oil. for 30-45 minutes at 350 F. 

drain.

Dip in plum sauce, soy sauce, mayonnaise, aioli, whatever you fancy.
