Baked Avocado

1. preheat oven to 400 F.

2. slice avocados, take out pit, fill. 

3. bake for 20-30 mins at 400 F.

1. TACO AVOCADO: fill with salsa, taco beef and vegetables, cheddar or monterey jack, bake and top with sour cream

SPICY AVOCADO: fill with salsa, jalapeno peppers, meat and onion is optional, top with cheese and bake

GOAT CHEESE & BALSAMIC AVOCADO: fill with goat cheese, sour cream, meat, and drizzle with balsamic

etc etc etc. fill with anything!
