an english muffin, toasted.
1 egg for each muffin, scrambled or over-easy.
half an avocado for each.
salsa, made or bought.
OPTIONAL: 
cilantro
cheese
taco meat, fajita meat, chorizo or ham
refried beans
sour cream
FOR SUPER HEALTHY: 
whole wheat english muffin
egg whites only
lots of veggies.
