Yummy thai food.
1. cook shrimp with coconut milk, peanut butter, garlic, lime juice, and chili sauce, or a pre-made thai spice mix.
2. cool.
3. toss together lettuce, cabbage, carrot, mango, red onion, and pepper. rice noodles or vermicelli are optional.
4. toss salad with dressing: 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon lime juice, salt, pepper, hot chili flakes, 2 cloves minced garlic, salt and pepper.
5. top with shrimp and peanuts.
