Salad with Gorgonzola. Pear & Pecans


A great way to venture into the land of Gorgonzola. 

1. Toss together fresh spinach, romaine, arugula or mixed greens with slices of pear and sweet onion.
2. toast pecans [ candy them with balsamic vinegar] or use raw, or chopped. 
3. mix together 2 tablespoons gorgonzola with 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mayo, salt and pepper.
4. serve with dressing.

PAIR WITH: a sweet white wine, Chardonnary perhaps.
