1. get croutons, or make.
2. toss with lettuce, apple slices, cherry tomatoes, onion, feta, olives, artichoke hearts, cucumber peppers
3. toss with dressing: 1 clove garlic, 1 tablespoon low fat sour cream, salt, pepper,oregano or parsley, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
4. top with pepperoni or salami and parmesan.
