1. boil pasta, drain. macaroni or spiral pasta or penne.
2. chop up zucchini and/or broccoli and onion.
3. grease or line a baking dish with paper, preheat oven to 400 F.
4. heat up a tiny bit of oil, sautee onions, zuchini, and broccoli.
5. set aside.
6. toss cooled pasta with 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup mozzarella/cheddar, a mix, 3 cloves garlic, salt, and pepper.
7. put pasta in baking dish. top with vegetables. then, grate on some parmesan, add crushed crackers, parsley, and fresh ground black pepper.
8. bake for 30-45 minutes until crisp and bubbling.
9. serve!
