1. peel shrimp.
2. in a saucepan, heat olive oil with 2 cloves minced garlic.
3. meanwhile. chop aspargus, zuchini, mushroom, onion and whatever veggie.
4. toss with 2 tablespoons dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, a dash of lemon juice, salt, pepper, and fresh parsley.
5. fry until done.
