Thai Lettuce Wraps

YOU NEED: 
Iceberg or romaine lettuce "cups"
ground chicken, beef slices, or shrimp
peanut satay or curry to season meat [your choice]
toppings such as carrots, cucumber, bean sprouts, fresh cilantro, peanuts, and lime
dip such as Hoisin sauce, peanut dip, sweet & sour sauce

A fun party food. lay out everything seperately and assemble!

1. Shred carrots, cucumber, lay out peanuts in a bowl, and dipping sauces.
2. peel lettuce cups off a head of lettuce.
3. fry meat in a bit of oil, drain, then add Thai seasoning of your choice.
4. lay everything out and eat 10-15, haha. it's lettuce, after all.
Vermicelli works well too.
