Taco Seasoning & How To Make The Perfect Tacos

Make a ton of this and jar it. Use it to season meat and vegetables for taco night!

Mix together:
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

To make taco meat: 
1. heat a bit of oil. fry up ground meat or seafood, drain excess oil. 
2. put drained meat back in pan, add a bit of minced garlic and vegetables.
3. mix 2 tablespoons taco seasoning with 1 tablespoon water, stir, pour into meat mixture.
4. simmer until most of the water is gone.
5. serve!
CLASSIC TACOS: taco seasoned ground beef, monterey jack cheese, lettuce, tomato salsa in a crispy tortilla
*WORTHY ADDITIONS: sour cream, refried beans, chopped onions, fresh cilantro
