Spicy Mustard Shrimp & Goat Cheese Salad
1. Fry shrimp with dijon or spicy mustard and olive oil, and garlic, set aside.
2. toss lettuce with olive oil, lots of lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. top salad with goat cheese or feta, and shrimp.
serve!
