Sesame Seafood Stir-Fry


1. In a pan or wok. heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
2. add in vegetables such as broccoli, baby corn,  bell peppers, green onion, bok-choy, edamame, bean sprouts, carrots, zuchini, shiitake mushrooms, snow peas. 
3, tofu and meat are optional. shrimp or chicken are delectable.
4. season with 1 tablespoon chili paste, 1 tablespoon soya sauce, a 1 inch piece of grated ginger, 1 or 2 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon fish sauce or mirin or tahini. s
NOTE: you can add eggs, or rice, for an absolutely breathtaking take on fried rice. 
5. simmer until done, a squeeze of lime juice, serve with toasted sesame seeds, red pepper flakes. salt and pepper to taste.
