Rosemary & Mint Goat Cheese Tzatziki

A great dip for any meat, sandwich, or vegetable, middle eastern or medittarenean.

1. mix together 1/4 cup greek yogurt
2. add 3 cloves minced garlic
3. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
4. 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary and mint, each
5. finely chopped cucumber
6. salt, pepper
7. 2 or 3 tablespoons goat cheese
mix and serve. on a sandwich, as a dip, burger topping, etc. 
TO DIE FOR.
