Lamb Kabob & Rosemary Dip


1 mix together 500 grams ground meat [lamb, pork. chicken, turkey. beef, whatever]
2/ add 1 egg, 14 cup breadrcumbs, salt, pepper, turmeric, cumin, parsley or basil
3. make into balls, skewer
4. bake, BBQ, fry, grill
5. make rosemary dip:
2 tablespoons softened cream cheese, 1 sprig chopped rosemary, a squeeze lemon juice, 1 or 2 cloves garlic, salt and pepper

serve!
