Italian Meatballs & Sandwich


TO MAKE MEATBALLS:
Mix together 500 grams ground beef, pork, lamb, chicken or turkey with 1 egg and 1/4 cup breadcrumbs.
Add in garlic, salt, pepper, fresh parsley or basil, as much as you see fit. 
Bake for 10 minutes at 400 F. Take out, flip meatballs, cover in tomato sauce and mozzarella/parmesan/italian cheeses.
Bake for another 15 minutes until cheese has melted.

Eat on pasta, OR?
