Carbonara


Carbonara is amazing. best pasta of all time, seriously.
1. boil spaghetti or angel hair pasta.
2. in a saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons butter and 2 cloves minced garlic. 
3. in a seperate pan, fry a couple slices of bacon. drain, and chop into chunks.
4. into pasta sauce, add 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt, pepper, and 2 eggs [only if being safe, otherwise, omit eggs]
5. toss pasta with sauce. add lots of black pepper. and a bit of fresh parsley. serve with 2 raw eggs, and lots of parmesan. 
Safe. with peas.
Add an egg while cooking if you're a pussy, if not, wait.
THE BEST WAY? add 2 eggs right when everything is done. make sure your eggs are fresh. add parmesan last.
