Burritos & Mexican Rice

1. boil rice until done.
2. in  a pan, heat some oil. add in chopped tomato, spicy peppers, onions, and 2 cloves minced garlic.
3. add in rice, immediately add in 1 teaspoon each of cumin, paprika, and chili powder. 
4. turn heat to low, add in 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth. cover mostly, simmer until liquid is gone. salt and pepper to taste. 
5. serve as a side, or in a burrito!
