Buffalo Meatballs

Skip chicken wings and make these instead!

1. in a bowl, combine 500 grams ground beef, pork, chicken, or lamb.
2. add in 1 egg and 1/4 cup breadcrumbs.
3. add in a tablespoon or two crumbled blue cheese.
4. add in spicy red pepper flakes, garlic, salt, and pepper.
5. roll into balls.
6. preheat oven to 400 F. 
7. smother in spicy BBQ sauce, smoky whiskey is my favourite! 
8. bake for 20 minutes. take out, brush with more sauce, bake for another 10.
9. serve! with more blue cheese and some veggies maybe. definitely have some toothpicks handy, this will be messy!
