Better-Than-Takeout Fried Rice

Healthy, colourful, and anything but bland! No MSG, either.

1. boil 1 cup long grain, basmati, brown or wild rice, drain.
2. in a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil. add in around 2 cloves garlic, diced chicken, shrimp, beef, pork, or tofu if using, and vegetables such as:
baby corn
green peas
carrots
bean sprouts
red or green peppers
zuchini
eggplant
bok choy
mushrooms
green onions
3. fry until softened, add rice. 
4. add 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon white or rice vinegar. 
 lastly, add egg, let it cook for while, then break up so you have nice eggy chunks. 2-4 eggs, depending on how much you want. 
Extra tasty with shrimp and a bit of lime juice.
for extra spice, add 1 tablespoon asian chili sauce or sriracha!!
