Vegetable Parmesan Pasta

A great way to use up veg that you don't know what to do with.

YOU NEED:
2 cups al dente pasta
3 cloves minced garlic
4 cups chopped veg such as: blanched asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, or raw onions, mushroom, zucchini, peppers finely sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
lemon juice, fresh parsley, salt, pepper, and parmesan to garnish

1. semi-cook veg and pasta in boiling water.
2. fry up olive oil with garlic and veg, sautee until tender. 
3. add pasta, and finally lemon juice and seasonings right before serving.
4. lastly, add parmesan while hot.
