Olive & Salami Pasta Salad

Oh yeeeeah this is an amazing pasta salad. Summer needs to come NOW!

YOU NEED:
2 cups boiled pasta
a package of salami, thinly sliced
some olives, pitted and halved [if you have pits, TIP: crush them under your knife, like a garlic clove, then remove the pit]
red pepper
green pepper
red onion
fresh parsley
1/2 cup cubed asiago OR grated parmesan or boccancini

DRESSING:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
a bit of lemon juice
salt, pepper
dry basil
dry oregano
