Scallops Gratin


mmm, scallops.

1. preheat oven to 375 F.
2. toss scallops with 1/4 cup low fat sour cream, 4 cloves minced garlic, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a drizzle with olive oil.
3. top with 1/4 cup parmesan and/or mozzarella, and some fresh parsley, and breadcrumbs. 
4. bake for 20-35 mins, serve hot!
