Pasta with Balsamic Roasted Cheesy Tomatoes


1. boil pasta and drain. meanwhile....
2. preheat oven to 300 F, on broil setting if you have it.
3. slice tomatoes, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and top with a chunk of goat, feta, or parmesan.
4. bake tomatoes for 10-15 mins until cheese has melted.
5. toss pasta with peas, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a pan. keep hot.
6. finally, serve with tomatoes on top.
