Creamy Tomato, Mozzarella & Basil Pasta


1. boil pasta, drain.
2. in a pot, heat 1 tablespoon butter. add 1 tablespoon flour and dissolved until butter is thick. add 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 tablespoons sour cream or milk, and 1/4 cup mozzarella. turn to low heat and stir until cheese has melted. finally, add 2 chopped tomatoes.
3. serve on pasta with fresh basil.
