Creamy Spaghetti Bolognese


Either bake or make sauce in a pot, delicious!A perfect hybrid of Alfredo and meaty spaghetti sauce.

1. heat some olive oil. add in ground meat: beef, chicken, pork, lamb, turkey, whatever, cook and drain excess fat.
2. add vegetables such as peppers, mushrooms, onions, with 3 cloves minced garlic.
3. transfer to a pot. add 1/4 cup tomato paste, 1/4 cup softened low fat cream cheese. 
4. simmer until thick, add meat and veggies. season with salt, pepper, and fresh basil.
5. boil pasta and drain.
6. serve on pasta, or make a casserole dish, topping with cheese and breadcrumbs and baking for 30 minutes.
