Crab, Spinach & Asiago Dip


A fully loaded, delicious and chunky dip.

Mix together chunks of cooked crab or imitation crab, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup cooked spinach, some chopped boiled artichokes, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 1/4 cup grated asiago. season with salt, pepper, and parsley. 
Grease a baking dish with butter, pour in dip and top with a layer of asiago.
bake for 15-20 mins until top is golden. 
serve with vegetables, chips, or bread.
