Basil Pasta Salad


Very green, very yummy. 

1. blend in a food processor: 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup fresh basil. 3 cloves minced garlic, a handful pine or walnuts. Mix with 1.4 cup low fat sour ctream and 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan. 
2. boil pasta, drain and cool. 
3. toss pasta with boiled green peas, onions, and chopped artichokes.
4.  toss with dressing, serve!
