Baked Stuffed Wontons with Chili Plum Sauce


1. get wonton wrappers. preheat oven to 350 F. 
2. make filling: 
500 grams ground beef, shrimp, crab, chicken, pork turkey or tofu, mashed.
1 small chopped red onions or 2 sprigs green onion chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 clove minced garlic
1 egg yolk
salt, pepper, red chili flakes
1 teaspoon white or rice vinegar and 1 teaspoon sesame oil

2. fill wontons, fold, press shut with egg to seal.
3. bake for 10 mins on each side. 

SERVE! with:
Chili Plums Sauce: simply ix chili and plums with sesame oil, vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper

OR make your own:
in a food processor, puree: 2 plums, 2 chili peppers, 1 tablespoons honey, 1 clove minced garlic, red pepper flakes, ginger, salt and pepper and a bit of soy sauce
