Stir Fried Pasta with Bok-Choy


a super easy and fast stir fry!

1. boil soba, rice, or egg noodles. drain.
2. heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil in a saucepan. add 3 cloves minced garlic, 1 inch of grated ginger, and 1 tablespoon of chili paste for spice.
3. add in Bok Choy and mushrooms, cook until soft. [also, you can add any of the following: broccoli, green or red onion, bell peppers, snow peas, bean sprouts, carrots, zucchini, or eggplant]
NOTE: chicken, beef, pork, or tofu can be added
4. add in 1 tablespoon soy sauce or rice vinegar, or both. 
5. season with salt, pepper, and sesame seeds.
6. add noodles in. 
7.  if using, crack 2 eggs over, let cook and stir once solid. 
8. serve!
