Spicy Tomato & Goat Cheese Dip


Not sure if it's italian or mexican, but it's a great blend of both flavours!

1. Mix together 1 cup spicy chunky salsa, 1 cup plain tomato sauce.
2. preheat oven to 350 F. 
3. grease a baking dish.
4. if too bland, add cilantro/onions/salt/pepper/garlic/lime juice/beans to tomato/salsa mix.  taste to check.

NOTE: for extra spicy, add roasted red peppers or jalapenos or even habaneros!

5. pour into dish, top with crumbled or sliced goat cheese. [ if that doesn't float your boat, try aged cheddar or feta, also delectable]
6. bake for 20-30 minutes until goat cheese has browned.
7. there you go, an amazing dip!
