Roasted Balsamic Greens Beans & Mushrooms


1. briefly fry green beans and mushrooms in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, garlic, and pepper.
2. preheat oven to 400 F.
3. place vegetables on parchment paper, top with a bit of parmesan cheese.
4. bake for 25-35 minutes, stirring every once and a while.
