Mexican Shrimp & Parmesan Salad


1. chop up lettuce, tomato.
2. in a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil. 
3. fry shrimp, onions and tomato with fajita or taco seasoning.
4. toss lettuce and tomato with creamy lime dressing [see my recipe]
5. add shrimp, top with parmesan.
