Garlic Bread & Varieties

PLAIN GARLIC BREAD:
baguette or ciabbata, 3 tablespoons butter, 2 cloves minced garlic, salt, pepper, fresh parsley, salt & pepper
CHEESY GARLIC BREAD: 1/4 cup shredded parmesan/mozzarella, 3 cloves minced garlic, salt, pepper, fresh basil [chopped], tomato sauce
MUSHROOM GARLIC BREAD: 3 cloves garlic and 3 tablespoons butter, sauteed mushrooms, green onions, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese
PORTOBELLO GARLIC BREAD: put bruschetta on top of mushrooms, instead.

SWEET ONION & OLIVE GARLIC BREAD:  black olives and sauteed red onions with garlic, balsamic, salt, and pepper, topped with feta
CAPRESE GARLIC BREAD: garlic butter, basil or basil pesto, mozzarella, tomato, salt and pepper
TOMATO GARLIC BREAD: garlic butter, tomatoes, basil, grated parmesan
Zuchini & Pecorino Garlic Bread: chopped zuchini, garlic, pecorino cheese, garlic butter
