Deep-Dish Nachos

Bringing this to a potluck or party will make you everyone's best friend!

1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Line a dish with parchment paper. Make a "bed" of nacho chips.
3. Top with any of the following: taco meat, avocado, bell peppers, jalapeno, sour cream, refried or black beans, green or red onion, cilantro.
3. lastly, evenly top with grated cheese!

* you can even make it vegan, with vegan cheese. Tortillas are usually just corn, so, vegan-friendly :)

4. bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling!
serve with cervezas!
