Crustless Muffin Tin Quiches


Cute and great as an Hors-D'Oeuvre. Healthy. Easy, too!

FOR 12 MINI QUICHES:
1. whip up 6 eggs. [try beating the egg whites seperately for an even fluffier quiche]
2. preheat oven to 400 F.
3. grease or line muffin tin with papers or butter.
4. add 1/2 cup cream or milk to egg mix, 1 tablespoon flour, seasoning, salt and pepper, nutmeg. 
5.  fill muffin tins with meat and veggies, top with egg, then sprinkle on cheese.
6. bake for 25-35 minutes. insert toothpick, if it comes out clean, it's done.
