Confetti Pasta


A colourful pasta, casserole, or pasta salad.

FOR PASTA: heat some oil, add broccoli, red peppers, garlic, carrots, salt, pepper, anything colourful and vegetable-y.
add 1/4 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup cheese of your choice [cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, a mix] and melt on low heat. 
add boiled pasta shells. 
serve with fresh chopped parsley.
FOR BAKING: make above, top with cheese and breadcrumbs or crumbled crackers.
FOR PASTA SALAD: Boil pasta, cool, add fried vegetables [also cooled] and mix with 1/4 cup mayo, chunks of cheese, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon mustard and 1 tablespoon white vinegar.

MAKE IT COLOURFUL! that's what the point of confetti is.
