Balsamic Sauteed Mushrooms


Great as a side, pasta or burger topping. 

1. slice small mushrooms in halves.
2. heat a pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil. 
3. add in mushrooms, with some chopped onion.
4. add 2 or 3 cloves minced garlic, salt and pepper.
5. add 1 tablespoon or so balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
6. simmer, let caramelize on low heat. add broth for added juiciness. 
7. season with fresh parsley and/or parmesan cheese.
