3 Paninis To Make Your Day

I have about a gazillion Panini recipes. Here are 3, to start.

Let's go over how to make a Panini.
1. BREAD: thin: ciabatta, focaccia, pita, baguette, or any sandwich bread.
2. CHEESE.
3. MEAT, VEGGIES, FILLINGS of your choice.
4. A CREAMY COMPONENT. Either aioli, mayo, mustard, avocados, or any sauce.
5. grill in a panini-press or grill pan, until bread is toasty.
HOLIDAY PANINI: Turkey breast or leftover turkey, cranberry sauce or jam, cream cheese. Crunchy lettuce too.
ROAST BEEF, SWISS, & ROAST VEGGIES: Roast beef or thin steak, swiss cheese, and roasted veggies. Goes very well with mustard.
PESTO CAPRESE: tomato, mozzarella, fresh basil, and basil pesto. classic!
