YOU NEED:
Sliced avocado
sliced strawberries
rocket or arugula or spinach
slivered red onion 
OPTIONAL: feta, croutons,  pecans or walnuts
MAPLE DRESSING: 
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large clove minced garlic
salt, pepper
a bit of lemon zest
