Topped Scallops


A great seasoning makes for great scallops!

1. sear scallops in a pan quickly in olive oil. add lemon juice and garlic.
2. preheat oven to 350 F. 
3. top scallops with :
fresh parsley, parmesan, breadcrumbs
basil pesto, mozzarella, breadcrumbs
red pepper pesto, asiago , breadcrumbs
hot sauce, blue cheese, breadcrumbs
feta, oregano and breadcrumbs

bake for 10 mins until topping is crispy.
