Roasted Garlic Tomato Caprese Salad


Classic caprese made better by roasting!

1. coat slices of tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, a bit of olive oil, and minced garlic. a bit of salt and pepper.
2. bake or broil for 15 mins or so.
3. serve with boccancini or buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil. top with lemon juice.
