Meditteranean Kabobs & Marinade


A simple marinade is what makes these so great. Simply marinate for an hour or so, skewer, and grill!
Chicken, Lamb, Beef, Pork, Seafood, Onions, Peppers, Zuchini, Mushrooms, anything you like.
 

MARINADE: 
1 cup Greek yogurt
5 cloves minced garlic
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon dry Thyme
1/4 cup lemon juice
pepper and salt
a bit of cumin.
