Garlic & Feta in a pasta dish! Plus seafood or meat if you want. Shrimp works wonders.
1. prepare shrimp, use leftover meat, chicken gyros, or omit entirely.
2. boil pasta, drain.
3. make sauce: 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 3 cloves minced garlic, salt, pepper, 1/4 cup lemon juice.
4. toss hot pasta with sauce, sprinkle with oregano and crumbled feta, top with shrimp, roasted veggies, or meat.
