Baked Spicy Seafood Cold Rolls


Rice paper rolls are super versatile and handy! Here's a twist on the cold rolls.

1. Get rice paper rolls, dampen with paper towels until soft.
2. mix together crab, canned salmon or tuna, chopped shrimp, losbter, or imitation crab [mashed] with 1/4 cup low-fat mayo, 1 tablespoons sriracha or chili-garlic sauce.
3. chop up bell peppers, carrots, lettuce, spinach, make rolls, topping with green onion and fresh cilantro.  
4. keep damp while making dipping sauce: sweet & sour, plum sauce, peanut sauce, chili sauce, soy & lime sauce, sesame oil & hoisin, etc. 

PAIR WITH: asian beer: sapporo, or, SAKE!
