Veal Scallopini


HOW?
1. pound veal cutlet with a meat pounder until tender.
2. douse with flour, salt, and pepper. you can also add garlic powder, dry oregano or parsley or basil.
3. dunk in whipped eggs, shake off.
4. coat with panko breadcrumbs.
5. fry in a thin layer of olive oil until crisp on both sides.

simpy serve with lemon. OR?
Top with mushroom gravy or cream sauce.

Veal Parmesan: baked with parmesan, tomato sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese
Make a delicious sandwich!
