Teriyaki Chicken Fried Rice


1. in a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
2. add in chunks of chicken, with a bit of garlic and fresh ginger.
3. add in vegetables at this point, peas, carrots, bamboo shoots, peppers, green onions, whatever. add a tablespoon soy sauce and a tablespoon white or rice vinegar. 
4. add in 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce, turn heat to lowish.
5. boil rice [i would go for brown or wild rice, for healthiness]
6. add in rice to stir fry. once almost done, add 2 or 3 eggs, mix in slightly.
